Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the selected white-glove delivery service.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Westmark ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
